Support is a phone call away

The COVID-19 outbreak has disrupted our routines and way of life. Schools and many businesses are closed, and many people are following California’s stay-at-home order and social distancing practices.

With all of these changes, it’s completely normal to feel stressed, frustrated and anxious about all of the changes. The KernBHRS Crisis Hotline remains open 24/7 at 1-800-991-5272 to provide a reassuring voice to anyone who places a call. The Hotline acts a warmline for mental health/substance use concerns, allowing callers the ability to voice/vent any frustrations with a trained hotline counselor without any judgement.

All KernBHRS sites are operating at this time. Some sites may have limited in-person services or services by appointment only. We encourage individuals to contact service sites directly for information specific to that site prior to arrival.
